In de volgende maanden volgden de andere Zaangemeenten (Krommenie, Wormer, Wormerveer, Zaandijk, Assendelft, Koog aan de Zaan, Westzaan en Oostzaan). Drie jaar, drie maanden en drie weken na dat eerste bevel konden de overlevenden (joden) weer openlijk de straat op (het was toen 5 mei 1945: het bevrijde Nederland).<\/p>\n<p>Deze brochure is uitgegeven door Bureau Discriminatiezaken Zaanstreek\/Waterland omdat het in 2015 vijfenzeventig jaar geleden is dat de tweede wereldoorlog Nederland bereikte. De brochure en de gefotografeerde plakkaten geven in het kort de lotgevallen weer van de joodse Zaankanters en de joodse onderduikers (van elders) in de Zaanstreek.<\/p>\n<p><a
